PARENT COMMITMENT
1. You may stay & watch your child - but PLEASE
let us instruct them
2. You may come & go as per your schedule.
3. Our Camps run from 9am--5pm (we break 1 hr for lunch)
4. We request your children be dropped off by 9am & promptly picked up at 5pm
(unless other arrangments are made ahead of time)
5. A $50.00 Deposit fee (non refundable should you cancel) is required to hold
Camp spot. Camp dates are secured by your $50.00 deposit on a first come basic.
(E.T.C. realizes unforseen events come up we will do our best to reschedule your child).
6. You will be required to sign a Liability Release Form.
Riders Commitment
1. Come with a positive attitude & be willing to learn.
2. You will be required to ride with a ASTM/SEI approved Helmet & Boots or shoes
with a heal.
3. Riders must dress appropiate for riding (no shorts or short pants).
4. Riders will not be allowed to Mount Horses without Helmet, Boots (with heal) & long
pants.
E.T.C. Provides
1. Horses for the duration of the Camp or allows you to bring your Horse
(Horse must walk & trot)
2. Allows Riders to ride English or Western
3. We provide ASTM/SEI approved Helmets & appropriate tack (if you need them).
4. Breakfast, Lunch, Drinks & Snacks are provided.
5. Summer Camps will run regardless of # of Students.
6. Maximum 10 Riders per Camp.
